About free imaging consultation at our clinic
With our imaging consultation service, we can make a diagnosis remotely if you simply send our clinic the MRI and X-ray images taken with a filled questionnaire.
This service is especially convenient for the patients who have already taken MRI images at other hospitals, who live far away or who live overseas.
Flow of free imaging consultation
The following is the process of our free imaging consultation service.

Obtain imaging data
Please obtain MRI data from the medical institution where the MRI was taken. MRI data should be obtained from the medical institution on CD or DVD.

Request a free imaging consultation
Please contact ILC International Lumbago Clinic for a free imaging consultation by filling the "Free Imaging Consultation Request Form" below or by calling us.

Analysis of imaging data
Once we confirm the imaging data and medical questionnaire that you have sent us, we will transfer the diagnosis request to a doctor.
(In the unlikely event that the image data is corrupted or cannot be viewed on our devices, we will not be able to make a diagnosis. Thank you for your understanding.)

Imaging diagnosis
Based on the imaging data and the questionnaire sent to us, we will issue a diagnosis for the indicated treatment at our clinic. We do our best to deliver a diagnostic within approximately one week from receiving the data.
However, the scheduled date may be delayed depending on the number of appointments.

Notification of diagnosis results and treatment appointment
Our staff will inform you of the results of your diagnostic imaging. If you wish to go ahead with treatment at our clinic, we can also schedule your treatment at that time.
