Recently, the number of foreign patients at our clinics has been increasing. Did you know that we have interpretation staff available for 5 different languages?
We can support patients with English, French, Italian, Chinese, and Russian!
Today, we’d like to introduce a foreign patient who came to our clinic from the US.
He came to our clinic after suffering from back pain, leg pain, and numbness for the past 15 years.
It turns out that he had a herniated disc at the L5/S1 level that had been healing and herniating in a cycle at least 10 times. He was treated with the Cellgel Method at one location, for a total cost of 1,320,000 yen. In USD, this is only around $9,000, which all things considered, is rather cheap compared to having treatment in the US.
He was very thankful for our services in English. We accompanied him to receive MRI scans at our affiliated imaging center and also met him at our clinic in Tokyo. Starting with his examination, our staff explained everything to him in an easy to understand native English manner, helping him feel confident with having treatment with us.
We do not allow patients to have treatment without fully understanding what they will be undertaking. Using the doctor’s explanation as a start, we moved to a different room and gave him a more detailed explanation of the treatment. Once his questions were satisfactorily answered, he agreed to treatment.
After treatment, we made sure he was feeling well enough to move around and take a taxi to his hotel. We also gave him some recommendations to check out while in Tokyo.
We strive to provide the best service for our patients and we will accompany you at every step. A basic outline of your day at ILC is as follows:
