You may be asked about your diet during health checkups, but did you know that pain and food are related? People who have been suffering from pain for many years have the impression that they are not satisfied with food. We often hear people say things like “I have no appetite,” “I don’t enjoy eating,” “I don’t feel it tastes good,” and “I’m an unbalanced eater.”

Generally speaking, people eat three meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner, but some people eat one or two meals a day instead of three because of their occupation, physical condition, or constitution.
First of all, it is important to eat in a way that does not make you feel stressed. (*Of course, the time of day you eat is important, but what’s most important is that you don’t feel stressed.) This is where serotonin becomes important. In general, there are substances called analgesics in the human body that suppress pain. It is known that this analgesic substance is not produced by the body on its own, but is produced by ingesting food.
Which could only mean….
The analgesic substance used to suppress pain is serotonin, which is produced from food. In other words, food is basic and essential.
There is an essential amino acid called tryptophan that is required to produce serotonin, which calms and suppresses pain.

It is a good idea for people of all ages to consume it, as it is present in large amounts in soybean products, etc., so unless you are concerned about allergies, it is a good idea to be conscious of consuming it. In addition to tryptophan, “vitamin B6” and “carbohydrates” are required to make serotonin efficiently. Banana is a food that allows you to consume all of them evenly. Recommended during the day *The more you eat soybeans and bananas, the more effective they will be. Be careful about the amount you consume.
